Speaker profile  -  Richard joined Hill Dickinson in 2002 and is listed as a leading individual for Corporate & Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions within the Legal 500.  Richard has been a member of the Law Society Standing Committee on Company Law for over 25 years, and is a Law Society representative Member of the Companies House Focus Group.  He is also a contributor to the City and Financial Publishing Practitioner's Guides to the "Role of Directors and their duties and responsibilities" (2000) and "The Company Law Review" (2002).
